From the Heart (1/5/2025)

From the Heart (1/5/2025)

This clay body of mine is the glass for the heart.

My best thought is merely the raw wine of the heart.

A tiny grain of knowledge is nothing but a trap for the heart.

I am saying these words, but they come from the heart.

Break the Seal. Free Love (9/29/2024)

Break the Seal. Free Love. (9/29/2024)

That divine gift, the Water of Life,

is invisible, concealed in this clay body.

The self has put a seal on your heart,

and Love stays imprisoned there.

Break the seal. Free Love. What are you afraid of?

There is a secret path in your heart.

Follow that path to find the Beloved.

You are on a Journey (3/26/2023)

You are on a Journey (3/26/2023)

You are neither water nor earth. You are something else.

You are created from mud, but you are not mud.

You are beyond this muddy world.

You are on the journey to your Essence.

Your body is a riverbed. Your soul is the Water of Life.

But, as long as you stay with your self,

you will not know either one.

Crying and Wailing (11/14/2021)

Crying and Wailing (11/14/2021)

O One who kneaded my hands and feet from mud

and gave senses and mind to my body,

O Moon, enlighten my eyes and heart.

Take me into Your arms.

My soul, which chews Your sugar, is crying and wailing for You.

The Beloved is Inside of You (9/29/19)

The Beloved is Inside of You (9/29/19)

O one who has been deceived by flesh, who doesn’t know His own essence, put your mind in your head.

The Beloved is inside of you.

Senses are the essence of the body. The essence of your senses is your soul.

If you go beyond body, senses and soul, everything is the Beloved.

Rubailer (2016), Rubai #1, page 71.
